In Kvemo Ponichala, the construction of an office building and a training facility for the "Land Transport Agency" is planned. The total construction area is 88,230 m², with the project area covering 6,000 m². Of this, approximately 3,000 m² will be dedicated to office space, while the remaining area will be developed into a training and driving range. The development area will also include auxiliary buildings essential for the operation of the service center, such as a transformer, generator, boiler, drinking water reservoir, fire water reservoir, natural gas supply node, and a cold generation and distribution unit.

The office space is designed in a modern minimalist architectural style. The building will have three floors.

The customer issued a call for design and cost estimation services based on their own preliminary sketch, and Megawatt was selected as the winning bidder for the project.
