The construction of the Shida Kartli Regional Archive is nearing completion. Located in the city of Gori, near Gorki Street, the project was commissioned by the Legal Entity of Public Law (LEPL) National Archives of Georgia, with Megawatt responsible for developing the complete architectural and cost estimation documentation for the new building. The total construction area amounts to 1,910 m².

A public procurement was announced for the full-scale construction and renovation works of the archive building. The facility now includes exhibition and reading halls, a conference room, workspaces, storage areas, a dining room with kitchen, and other auxiliary spaces.
