2. Marking and establishing the main axes;
3. Ensuring workplace safety;
4. Equipping the facility with modern machinery;
5. Earthworks, foundation installation, and construction of the main structural system up to and above the zero mark;
6. Roofing, non-load-bearing structures, installation of local utility networks, installation of technological equipment, and external paving works.
7. Landscaping of the area surrounding the site;
8. Environmental and conservation measures.
