The fa\u00e7ade features a unique imitation of traditional Georgian bricks, while the futuristic metal structure integrated with glass elements in the right wing creates a harmonious blend of the old city\u2019s urban character and the modern functional purpose of the building. In addition, the specific nature of the site required non-standard engineering solutions <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Advanced security systems, electricity supply and generation, and so on...\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Chokhatauri City project, which involved the rehabilitation of the existing sports complex and the construction of facilities for various sports, presented a significant challenge for us. This project includes the development of rugby and football fields, an indoor multifunctional sports hall, an indoor pool, tennis courts, a horse racing track, and extensive landscaping, which encompasses parking, roadways, pathways, outdoor lighting, irrigation systems, and fencing for the entire area.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spanning an impressive 83,250 square meters, this project was initiated through state procurement to prepare comprehensive design and construction budget documentation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Megawatt was
