These buildings connect to the pedestrian sidewalk and form a tunnel-like passage. Under the initiative of the Tbilisi Development Fund, the facades of the buildings will be restored, and the partially damaged roofs will be repaired. It is important to note that the building is designated as a cultural heritage monument. Therefore, all participants in the tender are required to familiarize themselves with its status and relevant regulations.<\/p><p>When conducting assessments, we carefully examine exterior ornaments, cornices, bas-reliefs, rustications, capitals, railings, and other local damages.
