The total area of the project site is 4,772 m². The site is largely covered with greenery, including various trees and plants, which makes the terrain challenging. It is bordered to the north by the main road and to the southeast by a secondary road. Nearly the entire area is surrounded by buildings serving various purposes.

The "Megawatt" company carried out the design work for the construction of a kindergarten with a capacity of 75 children. Due to the complex landscape and dense greenery, the building will be two stories high.

On the first floor, one group of children will be accommodated, along with a bedroom, an entrance vestibule, a security room, a kitchen, a laundry room, a linen room, a doctor's office, a staff room, and a toilet. A small elevator will be installed in the kitchen to facilitate the delivery of food to the second floor.

On the second floor there will be two group rooms, a hall with storage rooms and an administration office. Both groups will be served by a fire escape, the steps will be made of aluminum anti-slip strips. Sharp corners of columns and walls will be processed and rounded as much as possible. A frosted glass package with tin teardrops is inserted into the windows. A 35 m2 safe zone and a 300 m2 play area with shade will be arranged in the yard.

In accordance with regulations, the building will be fully accessible to people with disabilities. A special access road will be constructed around the building for fire safety purposes.

The trees within the building's perimeter will be transplanted.
