The Chokhatauri Sports Complex will soon become one of the most important facilities in the region.

Our company has been involved in a large-scale project that includes the renovation of the existing sports complex and the construction of facilities for various sports. The total project area spans 83,251 square meters.

The project includes the construction of rugby and football fields, as well as an indoor multi-purpose sports hall with seating for 250-300 spectators. Additionally, it encompasses a 35-meter swimming pool, tennis courts, a horse racing track, a grandstand with a capacity of 700 spectators, and landscaping, which features a parking lot, roads, footpaths, outdoor lighting, an irrigation system, and fencing around the entire area.

A 45-room hotel will also be constructed on the same site.

The sports complex will fully comply with international standards, enabling it to host sports events of any scale. The renovated facility will not only promote a healthy lifestyle but also stimulate economic activity in the region.
