Due to the location in Tbilisi's historic Kukia district, decorative bricks were chosen to cover the main part of the façade, helping to preserve the authenticity of the urban fabric. At the same time, modern aluminum stained-glass windows, wood-textured composite panels, and glass balcony railings were used to enhance the building's exterior.

Colorful aluminum boxes will be installed on the façade to create a playful atmosphere for children. To ensure a cozy and quiet environment, the project includes a sound and heat insulation system.
