In the heart of Tskaltubo, against the backdrop of mountain ridges, unfolds a rugby stadium built to modern standards, a symbol of both strength and aesthetics. Its purpose goes beyond that of a mere sports arena — it is a space where daily displays of power and energy take place, and where architecture blends seamlessly with nature. The building’s bold yet harmonious forms express movement, dynamism, and the drive toward victory.

The plot is located on flat, even terrain, which ensures the simplicity of the functional layout and the full accommodation of sports infrastructure. The surrounding area is designated for sports and public facilities, creating a unified sports-cultural environment.

The total area of the stadium is 1,939.9 m². The building has two floors: 

The first floor includes changing rooms for athletes, sanitary facilities, administrative offices, storage rooms, and a fully equipped training hall. The second floor houses covered stands, ensuring spectator comfort in any weather.

The field meets the requirements for both training and international tournaments, making the stadium a multifunctional sports center.

The façade is made from a combination of polished concrete, metal, and aluminum profiles. The horizontal lines of the cladding create a visual sense of movement and energy, while the contrast of colors gives it a bold, contemporary look. The durability of the materials ensures the facility’s long-term operation while minimizing the need for maintenance. At night, lighting highlights the rhythmic forms of the façade, giving the building a distinctive charm.

The project has been carried out in accordance with the regulations and standards of the International Rugby Federation, taking into account Georgia’s current building codes and all safety requirements.

The stadium’s premises include:

- Stands and supporting infrastructure,

- Recreational and green areas, creating a pleasant environment for athletes and visitors.

The project is intended not only for hosting high-level sporting events but also for enhancing the city’s tourism and cultural potential.
