The company “Megawatt” is implementing significant projects in the field of regional infrastructure development, particularly in the educational sector. A new building is planned to be constructed on the territory of Kobuleti #2 Public School. During the preparation of the project and cost estimation documentation, modern planning principles and building safety standards are being maximally considered.

The project site is located in Kobuleti, with an area of 7,408 m². The building will include 12 classrooms and will accommodate at least 300 students. Additionally, the new structure will feature a sports hall with changing rooms, a coach’s room, and an equipment room, as well as a library, a canteen, offices, restrooms, recreational spaces, and other auxiliary areas.

 In accordance with the region’s characteristic climatic conditions, modern moisture-resistant and thermal insulation materials have been used in the design. According to the project brief, the building’s design should not be monotonous and must be executed in a modern style, taking into account its functional purpose.
