The former 'Pioneer' Palace of Students and Youth has served as a center for informal education for 83 years and continues to offer modern cultural, scientific, and educational activities. Currently, around 3,000 beneficiaries are registered at the National Palace. Notably, in addition to various creative, technical, and humanitarian fields, the institution also offers programs in architecture and engineering, providing children with the opportunity to explore and develop skills in these professions from an early age.

A state tender was announced for the required rehabilitation work at the Samgori branch. The project encompassed the following areas:

Digital laboratory, Media library, Shared workspaces for youth organizations, and startups, Fab lab and workshops with specialized equipment, Rehearsal rooms for musical bands and a recording studio, Training auditoriums, Theater hall, Café, Open recreational space (including 3x3 basketball court, table tennis, snooker wall), Hostel, Medical office, Parking facilities, Elevator.
