Public Safety Command Center - 112
An additional administrative office is planned to be constructed adjacent to the existing 112 building. According to the project, a two-story building for 60 people will be built. Due to the location, much of the terrain consists of rocky and uneven ground, with some land bordered by a small section of the existing parking lot. During the architectural planning process, our main objective was to preserve as much of the existing parking space as possible, which was achieved through vertical planning. Specifically, earthworks were carried out, and the building site was cleared. A small retaining wall will be constructed to the north to prevent soil erosion and, at the same time, direct groundwater and rainfall runoff appropriately.
The heating and cooling system will be designed according to energy efficiency standards, with a VRF unit installed next to the building to support it.
Isoaluminum stained glass will be used on the façade of the administrative office, while the building will be wrapped in white composite material.
The building is fully accessible to people with disabilities.
