Megawatt recently completed the full project documentation for the Bobokvati Public School, which includes the demolition of the existing buildings and the construction of a new facility. Only the gym was preserved for future renovation.

The main structure of the school consists of two separate -- two-floor and four-floor blocks.  

The school is designed to accommodate 500 students, with 18 classrooms, offices, a library, a dining room, and other auxiliary spaces included in the educational area.

The landscaping of the outdoor area includes fencing, the creation of a courtyard, an open multi-purpose sports field with a grandstand, an amphitheater, and landscaping events.

Similar to the existing structure, the building will feature a metal tile pitched roof, complete with gutters and snow catchers

The façade will be fully outfitted with ventilated panels and metal decorative elements.

Considering the local climate, the facades of both buildings will be treated with hydro/vapor insulation and covered with 5 cm of thermal insulation to enhance energy efficiency. Isoaluminum windows will be installed.

The project fully complies with fire safety regulations.
