Kindergarden in Zerti

Megawatt has extensive experience working with educational institutions, with project documentation for up to 25 kindergartens stored in our portfolio. The knowledge we've accumulated, along with our material and technical resources, has enabled us to not only handle design work but also take on construction projects.

The site is located in the village of Zerti, within the Gori municipality, and is situated on level terrain. The total area of the plot is 4,890 m². According to the design brief, the land will accommodate a kindergarten with a capacity for 200 children.

The project includes the installation of six playgrounds, each equipped with all the children's attractions requested by the client, as well as six shaded areas and a designated safe zone. A 3.5-meter-wide fire safety access road will be constructed around the building. Vehicles, including fire trucks, will be able to access the site through a 4.5-meter-wide gate.

The building is two stories high and features a reinforced concrete frame, consisting of reinforced concrete columns, inter-floor slabs, and a flat roof. The walls are constructed using pumice blocks filled with crushed stone. There are four main entrances to the building.

Special attention is given to ensuring that the design and construction of educational buildings comply with international safety and environmental standards.

Currently, interior and facade finishing work is underway, along with the construction of a dedicated fire access road around the building.
