Our company is actively involved in developing child-care infrastructure across the country. This time, Megawatt will be responsible for preparing detailed plans for the reconstruction, rehabilitation, and construction of three kindergartens in the mountainous regions.

The existing kindergarten building in the village of Varkhani, Adigeni Municipality (Samtskhe-Javakheti region) is situated on a 423 m² site and is designed to accommodate 75 children.

New kindergartens, each designed to accommodate 50 children, will be built in the village of Obuji and the city of Tsalenjikha, both located in Tsalenjikha Municipality. Megawatt will prepare the detailed project documentation for these facilities.

The design will adhere to the construction norms and European standards applicable in Georgia. The buildings will be designed to accommodate the required capacity for the kindergarten and will include all necessary functional spaces: group rooms, bedrooms, play areas, a kitchen, sanitary facilities, director’s and staff rooms, a medical office, and a hall for music and sports activities, among others.

The buildings will be fully accessible and adapted for people with disabilities.

The outdoor play area will be equipped with structures made of soft materials with a safe smooth surface.

When designing, we consider the local climatic conditions and implement methods to minimize heat loss.
