The project focused on the reconstruction of the existing House of Culture building, which involved dismantling unused and poorly planned spaces, and re-planning the layout according to modern principles and building safety standards. 

Office spaces were added to the building, and the main hall, along with four rehearsal halls, were renovated, with a total seating capacity of 336 spectators. 

It was a priority for us to preserve the building's external appearance, as the existing columns and other elements are cultural heritage monuments. We incorporated modern design elements in the interior to complement the historical structure. 

We used high-quality modern materials for the building's finishes. The project includes the installation of a mosaic floor, as well as the laying of ceramic granite tiles and parquet. 

To bring natural light into the building, iso-aluminum stained glass windows were used, providing illumination for the common areas. The façade will be painted with two types of paint, while 15 cm sandwich panels were installed to ensure fire resistance and thermal insulation of the walls. 

The building is fully accessible for people with disabilities, and the evacuation exits have been designed in compliance with international standards.
