The Georgian Airports Association office building is a three-story structure, functionally divided into training, office, and recreational spaces. The total area of the building across all three floors is 2,402 m², with the summer balcony area measuring 187 m².

The first floor features the lobby, meeting rooms, staircase, elevator, bathrooms, security service offices, and training center auditoriums.

The second floor houses the administration offices, meeting rooms, staircase, elevator, and bathrooms.

The third floor includes additional administration offices, meeting rooms, a café, staircase, elevator, and bathrooms.

The building's architectural design is defined by terraced open balconies with glass railings and long stained-glass windows. The vertical lines of the glazing are rhythmically aligned with the vertical lines of the façade cladding, resembling open and closed window shutters. Access to the building is provided via an elongated, bridge-like platform, which connects to the structure through a staircase and a ramp.

The design documentation for the project was developed by "Megawatt," who also provided design supervision throughout the implementation process.
