An area of 1,819 m² was allocated for the Krtsanisi district administration building in the same district. The project called for the construction of a four-story building, with the main concept focusing on modern planning principles and building safety standards.

• In the first stage, research and analysis were conducted, and a conceptual project was developed.
• In the second stage, we developed a sketch project, where the architectural and construction solutions were based on the selected conceptual design. This included calculations for the expected maximum load and the building's dimensions.
• The third stage involved the preparation of detailed project cost accounting, construction and operational documentation, as well as project expertise and the architectural components.

The project was carried out with the active involvement and oversight of "Megawatt" specialists.
