Social Service Agencies
In line with the development of Georgia’s social service system and the goal of improving access to services in the regions, new infrastructure for Social Service Agencies is being developed across the country. Within the scope of this project, modern, internationally compliant regional service centers are planned for construction in four major cities — Tbilisi, Mtskheta, Akhaltsikhe, and Rustavi.
Megawatt has prepared the complete package of design and cost-estimation documentation for these facilities, which includes engineering studies, architectural and planning components, as well as full compliance with environmental requirements.
Technical Description of the Sites:
Akhaltsikhe City – Beka Jakeli str. N38
Plot area: 1,917 m2
The existing structures on the project site were assessed as hazardous, failing to comply with current construction and seismological standards.
Strengthening or rehabilitation was deemed non-feasible; therefore, a complete demolition project for 230 m2 was prepared.
Tbilisi City – Javakheti II turn N3
Plot area: 722 m2
The site is a flat, green area with a slight southward slope.
As part of the project, existing trees and greenery will be relocated in accordance with the dendrological plan, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
Mtskheta City – Samkhdro str, №13
Plot area: 1,200 m2
The site is characterized by varied terrain with a pronounced eastern slope. In line with environmental standards, dendrological documentation for the relocation of existing trees has been prepared.
Rustavi City – Adjacent to Paliashvili Street, №18
Plot area: 1,608 m2
The territory is flat and green, offering optimal conditions for construction.
The project includes the relocation of existing trees in full compliance with dendrological requirements.
